4. Program Overview
FitYogAcademy is a program designed for individuals seeking personal transformation to improve their appearance and well-being. Coaches and challengers participate in a challenge to achieve physical transformation, with the opportunity to win prizes based on their results.
– Coaches must complete the forms in the “Coach” section of the website, and accept the terms and conditions, and the privacy statement. Upon submission, coaches will receive information with further instructions and a unique access code to share with challengers.
– Challengers must complete the forms in the “Challengers” section, accept the terms and conditions, and the privacy statement, and proceed with registration. All necessary information for participation in the FitYogAcademy challenge is available within each participant’s profile.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including but not limited to text, trademarks, logos, slogans, diagrams, photographs, videos, sounds, music, layout, designs, know-how, technologies, products, and processes, is the exclusive property of FitYogAcademy or its affiliates, licensors, or content providers, and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly provided in the “Use of the Site” section, nothing on this site grants you a license or right to use any content. The Challenge Coordinator may cancel, suspend, or modify the Challenge due to fraud, technical failure, or other issues, and determine winners from eligible entries. Any attempt to undermine the Challenge’s operation may result in legal action. The Challenge Organizer will enforce these rules without waiving any provisions.
17. Image Rights
All materials shared by participants, including photos and testimonial videos, may be used in marketing by FitYogAcademy coaches and coordinators. Participants will not receive compensation for such use. Participants may revoke image use authorization by sending a request to info@fityogacademy.com .
