A little about me
I am a strong believer that everyone deserves to live their best life – a life of health, happiness, and the best version of yourself. Since 2022, I have been a Certified Yoga Instructor of 200 hours of training, Postnatal, Prenatal, and Aerial Yoga Teaching. But this is not the only part I will support you in your transformation journey……
In the FitYogAcademy, I have built a like minded community of fun, kind, supportive buddies of different generations, different nationalities, and different backgrounds. We have united as a family to motivate and encourage each other, with the same vision to help each other to achieve your fitness and health goals, and also more fields in our lives.
I have already helped hundreds of people all over the world to improve their health, get into their desired body shapes, and establish healthy living habits. A small step of discipline and consistency a day will bring you unexpected huge achievements in your life. It is my pleasure to be your personal coach to walk every step with you, witness, and cheer for your life-changing transformations and success in the coming future!

First, it starts with education, you’ll quickly learn exactly what your body needs in order to achieve your physical goals. YES, your goals, you need them! If you don’t have a target, how can you achieve it? We’ll guide you. Next, a very real formula of 80% Nutrition + 20% Fitness = 100% Mindset. With this in mind, you are off to a great start. Now, you get EVERYTHING you need to achieve your goals in one place:
- Meal plans for 3wks: change what you eat, and your body changes.
- Grocery list: Don’t waste your time and money buys the wrong foods. You are what you eat!
- Supplementation: Why? Guaranteed you are not getting the balanced nutrition your body desperately needs.
- Snacks & recipes: Snacking is important, but the right snacks. Simple meal recipes, anyone can follow.
